Traffic in my rear view mirror.....there's no fast way to get on the approach to the Golden Gate Bridge heading out of town! Most lights took 2 or 3 series of greens before you get through.

Actually, there is a quicker way on a motorcycle. You take Presidio (not Park Presidio) Avenue through the Presidio to Crissy Field and ride through the road crossing gate (to keep vehicles from going through) a motorcycle goes right between the gate. This gets you to the pedestrian entrance parking lot. You simply turn left onto the GG Bridge entrance from that parking lot.
In a cage you have to get to the parking lot a different way which is a little longer.
But if you do not know the route exactly you could end up going in circles. :-)
